Video Editor (Short-Form Video Content Specialist)
Pamika Trading Company is looking to collaborate with a creative, energetic video editor who is highly familiar with current trends, on a project-based and fully remote basis, to strengthen our digital marketing strategy and increase audience engagement. In today’s world, video content is the first and most influential point of contact with potential customers. We are looking for a specialist who can create modern, engaging short-form videos, shape our brand’s visual identity, and play a key role in attracting and engaging audiences across social media platforms.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
– Creating and editing Instagram Reels: Producing engaging short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram, with a focus on virality and communicating key brand messages.
– Video editing for multiple platforms: Editing and preparing video content for YouTube (Shorts), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
– Applying professional editing techniques: Creative use of visual storytelling, color correction, sound design, and modern transitions to improve the quality and appeal of videos.
– Optimizing final outputs: Ensuring that each video is technically optimized (dimensions, format, and quality) for its target platform to achieve the best possible performance.
Required Expertise and Skills:
– At least 2 years of professional experience in video editing, specifically for social media and YouTube.
– Providing a professional and relevant portfolio is mandatory.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
– Full familiarity with CapCut and fast-paced mobile editing techniques is considered a key advantage.
– Ability to work with basic motion graphics and After Effects is considered a significant advantage.
– Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver projects within specified deadlines.
